I received E-mail from the visitor today.
The visitor who came from Hong Kong the other day.
The visitor wanted to see a cherry tree and was looking for the place where the cherry tree
is in bloom.
Since it was still somewhat early time until the cherry tree was in full bloom,
I regarded the visitor as the ability of a cherry tree to surely have not seen.
The photograph of the cherry tree was printed and it gave to the visitor.
The visitor was very glad.

In the morning of a visitor’s check-out, I was able to meet the visitor.
I would like to see the face with which visitors are pleased,
I am doing that they can do.
She sent the photograph of the tree of the cherry seen for this travel.

They come to see the festival “yo-sa-ko-i-ma-tu-ri” in August again.
All of the time in this August that matters here is full occupancy.
It is very difficult to reserve ordinarily.
Now, reservation is impossible even if it makes an inquiry
However, I think that I would like to carry out somehow!!!
『お客様の喜ぶ顔が見たくて･･･』
先日、香港からお越し頂いたお客様よりメールを頂きました。
そのお客様は桜の木が見たくて、桜が咲いている場所を探していました。
桜が満開になるまでまだ少し早い時期だったので、私は、お客様はきっと桜が見れなかったと思い、
私は桜の写真をプリントしてお客様にプレゼントしました。
お客様は大変喜んでいました。
お客様がチェックアウトの朝、私はお客様と会うことが出来ました。
お客様の喜んでいる顔を見たくて、私は自分に出来ることをしています。
彼女は今回の旅行で見た桜の木の写真を送ってくれました。
また８月によさこい祭りを見に来るそうですが、
しかし当館は満館でで予約が取れません。
ここで問題なのが、この８月の時期はどこのホテルも満室で現状、
普通に予約をするのは大変難しいし、今、問合せをしても予約は不可能です。
だけど、私は何とかしてあげたいと思います!!!
ﾒｰﾙを下さったお客さまにﾌﾞﾛｸﾞに書きますねと伝えたので、
今日は英語で書かせてもらいました｡｡｡
私のお仕事はﾂｱｰなどのｱﾃﾝﾄﾞや商品作りだけでなく、
日々、色々な業務があるんですよぉ
